There are also restrictions on the export of dual-use goods and technologies and some advanced goods and technologies that can contribute to military, technological, defense and security development, as well as restrictions on the provision of related services.

Earlier, personal sanctions against over 20 officials and high-ranking military men entered into force. They are banned from entering the EU and their estates in Europe are blocked.

Belarus will not be excluded from the SWIFT system for the time being.
