Urkullu demands “firmness” of the UN and the EU against Russia

The Lehendakari, Iñigo Urkullu, has demanded for Russia “a strategy of deterrent firmness, international isolation and effective sanctions” from the UN and the EU to stop the war conflict.

Urkullu has participated in the tribute to the forced workers who participated in the reconstruction of the railway in Gernika and the extension between Pedernales and Bermeo between 1937 and 1958, during the war and the Franco regime.
