This is the story of Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff, the scientific twins who have died from covid successively

The family history of the Bogdanoff twins dates back to the 13th century in the Bohemian region.

The famous twins and French scientists died of covid just 5 days apart. The brothers who were known to have not been vaccinated against the coronavirus after their death became known on the Temps X program (1979-1985), a mixture of science fiction with scientific theories.

Grichka Bogdanoff, who died on December 29, 2021 at age 72, had a BA in political science and a Ph.D. in mathematics. His twin, Igor Bogdanoff, died on January 3 of this year. Igor had a DEA in Semiology and a PhD in Theoretical Physics, according to a publication in the Spanish newspaper El Mundo.

Despite their titles and studies, the brothers’ texts were discarded for lack of scientific rigor by the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), the organization considered the most important in France regarding science.

Born into the nobility

The family history of the Bogdanoff twins dates back to the 13th century in the Bohemian region. His mother was the Austrian Countess Maria Maya Kolowrat-Krakowska and his father was the Russian painter Yuri Mikhailovich Ostasenko-Bogdanov.

His maternal ancestry is known to his grandmother Bertha Kolowrat-Krakowska, a countess married to one of the members of the Von Colloredo-Mannsfeld family. The siblings’ grandfather is, however, the African-American composer and tenor Roland Hayes, with whom Bertha had a relationship.

Its paternal origin dates back to the seventeenth century. Descendants of a Muslim Tatar family converted to Orthodox Christianity, their ancestors held the title of Princes Bogdanoff from Tsar Fyodor III. About its noble past, there is a confusion on the part of historians. The Georgian prince Irakli Bagration-Mukhraneli is known to have recognized the Bogdanoff dynasty, while the Dictionary of Russian Nobility ignores any royal ties to the family.

Among the brothers, Igor was the only one who got married and did it three times. With his first wife, Genevieve Grad, he had a son. From his second marriage to Countess Ludmilla d’Oultremont he had three children and from his relationship with the Spanish Amelia de Borbón-Parma he had two more children.

His last wife is known for being a historian and the daughter of Miguel de Borbón-Parma, a descendant of Carlos V and Louis XVII. In addition, she is the cousin of King Felipe of Spain.

French twins were also popular in their native France for the number of plastic surgeries they had undergone. Although the evidence can be seen in their photos, Igor and Grichka always denied having performed cosmetic procedures. (I)
