The railing of Bar Rich, in the city of San Luis Potosí, in Mexico, has collapsed into the void leaving two people dead and 15 injured, some “with serious prognosis.” The victims fell from a height of 12 meters when said railing fell and gave way. Some witnesses were trying to help the victims while, on the other hand, hundreds of people gathered on the interior stairs of the premises.

The concert of the renowned local artist was held in this Mexican bar Kevin Morenovery popular among young people, who wanted to speak out through his social networks in an official statement in which he offered support and consolation to family members and victims.

However, according to police sources, The venue did not have the necessary permits for this event., as confirmed by the Secretary General of the San Luis Potosí City Council: “The premises known as Rich did not have any permit or authorization to carry it out.” To this is also added theto the uncontrolled presence of hundreds of attendees.
