Russia carried out its attack on Monday in the vicinity of a historic building in Odessa known as ‘the castle of Harry Potter‘ with an Iskander missile loaded with cluster munitions, which makes the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office think that he sought to kill as many as possible ukrainian civilians.
