Police in Spain reported that they arrested a drug lord in charge of sending cocaine to the European criminal organizations ‘Ndraguetta and Mocro Maffia in Colombia, in a joint operation of the Colombian and Spanish authorities. Julio Andrés Murillo Figueroa, alias H-1 or El Zar, was arrested on March 1 at his home, “a luxury villa located in a secluded rural area of the Antioquia region”.
