According to the newspaper, The photo was taken in May 2020, shortly after Johnson left the hospital after being admitted to the ICU with COVID-19. In addition to the prime minister, there are several collaborators and his wife, Carrie, who is carrying their newborn son. In the photo it looks like they eat cheese and drink wine.
Asked about it, a government spokesman pointed out that “Work meetings” in the garden of the official residence, where they would have had wine and pizzas.
