Trump describes the sentence against him in New York as “illegal and un-American”

The former president of USA donald trump (2017-2021) reacted this Friday to the sentence that condemns him to pay fines worth US$ 355 million, describing it as “illegal and un-American”in addition to “an absolute FRAUD”.

On his social network, Truth Social, Trump maintained his well-known accusation that “The Justice system in the state of New York, and throughout the United States, is under assault by partisan, deceived and biased judges”given that “The radicals do everything they can to expel me.”

He also accuses the attorney general of the state of NYLetitia James (Democrat and black), whom he calls “corrupt and racist, obsessed for years with ‘getting Trump,’” and claims that she used Judge Arthur Engoron to set up a trial “against me, my family and my tremendous businesses.”

Trump, who built his emporium from New York City, remembers this Friday the debt that the Big Apple owes him: “I helped New York in the worst of its times, and now, when it is invaded by violent gangs of immigrants from Biden“The radicals do what they can to expel me.”

Below he lists the flaws that according to him the process had, such as “There were no victims, no damages, no complaints”in addition to the fact that there was no jury allowed nor for the case to be tried by a mere commercial court.

The Republican politician, absolute favorite of his party for the presidential candidacy in the November elections, also predicts that Judge Engoron, who signed the ruling, “He has already been contradicted four times in this case, and will be again” and, as is customary in recent times, he describes what happened as “ELECTORAL INTERFERENCE”.

Shortly after learning of the decision, one of his lawyers announced that the former president will appeal the ruling.
