It is not allowed to punish Polish citizens who expect the government to focus on what will determine the future of Poland, including the ecological and digital transformation, added the representative of the European Commission.

The politician also referred to the possibility of suspending payments from EU funds. It is possible that the European Commission will activate the “money for the rule of law” mechanism. This will mean that not only the KPO, but also traditional EU transfers may be withheld.
