The Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) created the temporary Multisectoral Working Group with the aim of proposing mitigation or containment actions against the effects of the climate phenomenon of the Global Child in the sector fishingin socio-labor matters, social security and occupational health and safety.
According to the Ministerial Resolution No. 370-2023-TR, published in the Diario El Peruano, this work team will have the function of analyzing the socio-labor consequences of the climate phenomenon of the Global Niño.
In addition, propose mitigation and containment actions in the face of the climatic conditions of El Niño Global in the fishing sector in socio-labor, social security, and occupational health and safety matters. industrial and artisanal fishermen involved; as well as others that are considered necessary for the fulfillment of its objective.
Facility
The multi-sector work table It will be installed within 10 calendar days, counted from the day following the date of publication of this resolution.
The Technical Secretariat of the team is in charge of the Technical Secretariat of the National Council of Labor and Employment Promotion in charge of providing the corresponding technical and administrative support.
Likewise, it is valid for 45 business days from its installation. However, by means of a ministerial resolution the validity period can be extended, one time only, for up to a similar period.
