The G20 has ended with a resolution that does not condemn the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The text calls for respecting territorial integrity, but to please Russia there is no talk of a Russian invasion but of “war in Ukraine”.

In this sense, Lavrov has alluded to the partners of the BRICS bloc —Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa— who have been “particularly active” during the summit.

Russia celebrates that the summit has not been ‘Ukrainized’
