The athlete said that thanks to a properly drawn up training plan, the quality of sleep improves, appetite improves, endurance increases, muscle volume increases, and you also feel a surge of energy in the morning. At the same time, immediately after the lesson, according to Koklyaev, muscle fatigue is often felt. “But here it is important to understand the difference between the natural state and constant pain,” he stressed. If the discomfort does not go away, the load must be excluded for a while.

Koklyaev also told how to properly prepare for the start of classes. “Before you start exercising, you need to be full, sleepy, properly equipped and have a clear plan of action in your head,” he added.

Earlier, Koklyaev compared cardio training with strength training. According to the expert, they have only one thing in common – the burning of body fat due to increased metabolism.
