The European Union condemned the serious “violation” of nuclear safety standards by Russia after reports of attacks near a reactor at the plant ukrainian of Zaporizhiadeclared on Saturday the head of European diplomacy Joseph Borrell.

Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky on Friday accused the Russian army of practicing “nuclear terrorism” and denounced that they carried out bombings near a reactor at the Zaporizhia nuclear plant.
A power line was damaged in the attacks, which caused the shutdown of one of the plant’s reactors.
