The founder and historical leader of the far-right French party Jean Marie Le Pen94 years old, has been hospitalized in the Paris region with severe prognosis.
The newspapers ‘Le Figaro’ and ‘Le Point’ have reported that Le Pen was hospitalized on Saturday afternoon after suffer an ailment while he was at his Rueil-Malmaison, in the Hauts-de-Seine.
“A great tiredness, perhaps of a cardiac typejustifies his immediate hospitalization by decision of his doctors”, explained a friend of Le Pen quoted by ‘Le Point’.
Le Pen was last hospitalized in February 2022 after a Transient ischemic attack, a mild form of stroke. Once the historic far-right leader was overcome, he did not show any concrete sign of weakness and even received the press to give interviews until last week.
