Former US President Donald Trump and a group of people imprisoned for his alleged involvement in the storming the capitol on January 6, 2021 have collaborated to create a song titled ‘Justice for all’ (Justice for all).
The song interpolates the trump voice reciting the pledge to the flag in ‘The Star-Spangled Banner’ (the national anthem of the United States), which is performed by a group of about 20 inmates.
As reported by ‘Forbes’ magazine, which cites a person familiar with the project as a source, the song is now available on most streaming music servers.
The group claims to be called ‘J6 Prison Choir’ (January 6 Prison Choir) and all its members are serving time in Washington jailDC The song ends with the inmates joining in the chant of “America!”.
Trump recorded that pledge of allegiance at his residence in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, a couple of weeks ago, specifically for this song. For their part, the inmates were recorded with a prison phone about a month ago.
The profits obtained with the diffusion of the patriotic theme will be destined to the families of convicted persons and imprisoned for their participation in the assault on the Capitol on January 6, 2021 and that left five dead.
The disclosure of the recording of the subject coincides with the revelation of the Department of Justice of the United States that it considers that the Former president can be sued for having incited the assault to the Capitol for which more than 700 people were arrested.
