Two children were able to be rescued after spending several hours trapped between the flagstones of what was once their home. The case was known by a journalist who posted on Twitter the request of two children who remained under the rubble after the earthquake that affected Turkey and Syria and caused the death of more than 11 thousand people.

The two boys can be seen calling for help as they remain trapped.. The older girl tried to comfort her brother and she covered the boy’s head with her arm to protect him from the stones that imprisoned them.

“If you save my brother and me, I will be your friend for life,” the little girl promised the members of the rescue teams who were working to help them get out of the rubble.

In another post, Almosa shows the faces of the two children, who are already safe and sound in a care center, although it is unknown if they have living relatives.
