This is the incredible and wild routine of the billionaire who spends two million dollars a year to have eternal youth

There is no doubt that time affects everyone differently. But are there genetic causes? Can we predict our way of aging?

Software magnate Bryan Johnson wants to recapture his youth and spends two million dollars a year to do so.

The 45-year-old American businessman says he has the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old and the physical condition of an 18-year-old. He has, for some time, had 30 doctors working behind him to control his routine.

In an interview with Bloomberg News, Johnson gave details of the routine he carries out to get younger and younger or so that his organs do not age as much, as you want to read.

Its objective? It is for your major organs, such as your brain, liver, kidneys, teeth, skin, hair, penis, and rectum, to function as they did in your teens.

Project Blueprint. This is the name of his routine, which requires all the predisposition of whoever practices it because it is not easy at all. For starters, Johnson wakes up every day at 5 a.m. and takes two dozen supplements.

Then, he works out for an hour, drinks green juice with creatine and collagen peptides, and at the end, brushes and floss while rinsing with tea tree oil and antioxidant gel. Before going to bed, the businessman wears blue-blocking glasses for two hours.

constant measurement. In parallel with these activities, he monitors his vital signs and undergoes monthly medical procedures to maintain his results, including ultrasounds, MRIs, colonoscopies, and blood tests.

It takes daily measurements of your weight, body mass index, body fat, blood glucose levels, and heart rate variations. In turn, while he sleeps, Johnson is hooked up to a machine that counts the number of nocturnal erections.

Why does he do this?

The eternal youth. Johnson made his fortune at age 30 when he sold his payment processing company Braintree Payment Solutions to eBay for $800 million.

In the interview, Johnson revealed that his interest in seeking eternal youth was sparked by a severe downturn in his mental and physical health before selling the company.

“I treat athletes and Hollywood celebrities, and nobody goes above and beyond Bryan,” Jeff Toll, an internist on Johnson’s team, told Bloomberg News.
