The Girona Gastronomic Forum (eastern Spain) will bring together some of the best chefs of the world, with the Spanish brothers Roca, Celler de Can Roca, as stars, along with the Argentine Mauro Colagreco or the Italian Massimo Bottura.
Colagreco will arrive from the Mirazur restaurant in Menton (France) and Bottura from the Osteria Francescana in Modena (Italy), to participate with the Roca in a round table and in a solidarity action, according to the organization of the event reported on Tuesday.
The Gastronomic Forum will also have the presence of other references of current gastronomy and restoration, who will expose the trends of professional cuisine and important companies in the sector.
This edition, which will celebrate its fifteenth anniversary, will “focus on training, talent and applied technological innovation” and will offer “a high quality program”, according to those responsible, who also announce thematic agoras, round tables, demonstrations and monographic sessions.
“One of the highlights”, as they pointed out, will be the participation of a guest city that will present its gastronomy, but also the presentation of a Territory Forum to leave the city of Girona with dinners with four hands that will take place throughout the year in charge of outstanding professionals.
