But you must bear in mind that each province has specific requirements so that you can occupy a position that they offer, in addition to requesting permanent residence in all of them.
HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE PNP?
The applicant will need to enroll in the PNP by submitting an application, as well as passing a medical examination and obtaining a non-criminal record certificate. Everyone should have these controls, no matter where they plan to live in Canada.
1. Paper process
- Request the nomination to the province or territory under a flow that is not Express Entry.
- You must meet the eligibility requirements of the nominating province.
- Once you have been nominated, submit a paper application for permanent residence to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
- You have to pass a medical exam and get a police check (certificate).
It should be noted that the application processing times are longer than through Express Entry.

- If the province or territory agrees to nominate you, create a Express Entry profile (or update your profile if you already have one) and show that you have been nominated.
Second option:
- Create a Quick Entry profile and show the provinces and territories that interest you.
- If a province or territory sends you a “notification of interest” to your account, you contact them directly.
- You are applying to your Express Entry flow:
- If you are nominated, the province will offer it to you through your account and you accept it electronically.
