Ukraine’s “destructive strategy” was the topic of a telephone conversation on Monday between Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, his Turkish counterpart.

During the last communication between the leaders of Russia and Turkey, “Vladimir Putin underlined the destructive strategy of the kyiv regime, which has opted for an intensification of hostilities with the support of its Western patrons, who are increasing supplies of weapons and equipment military,” the Kremlin said.
