Prices for Apple products in Russia have risen sharply over the past three weeks. It is reported by “Kommersant”.

Journalists refer to the report of the aggregator comparing goods and prices Price.ru. According to the study, iPhone prices in Russia have risen by 24-34 percent over the past three weeks. The most expensive iPhone 13 with 128 gigabytes of memory, the price of it soared by 34 percent, to 96 thousand rubles. The iPhone 13 Pro with a 128 GB drive also noticeably went up in price – by 31 percent, to 125.9 thousand rubles.

“The cost of Apple devices has increased significantly. The prices for Apple laptops have skyrocketed,” the representatives of the service noted. So, some models have risen in price by 2-2.4 times: the cost of the MacBook Pro MK1E3 was 480.1 thousand rubles, the MacBook Z11B0004T – 302.7 thousand rubles.

Among all Apple products, tablets have risen in price least of all, their price has increased by 13-34 percent. The basic iPhone 11 also rose in price not very significantly – by 24 percent, to 55.9 thousand rubles. Among computers, the price of the MacBook Air MGN63 has changed the least, which increased by 46 percent, reaching 126.1 thousand rubles.

In early March, Apple announced that it was introducing restrictions for the Russian region. The company suspended the import of equipment, closed the Russian online store, and also announced the restriction of Apple Pay and other services.
