CNBC reported that Sony will suspend shipments to Russia and the operation of the PlayStation Store
Sony Group’s video game subsidiary, Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE), will suspend shipments to Russia and the PlayStation Store, CNBC reported.
“Sony’s PlayStation division says it has suspended shipments of all software and hardware to Russia. The PlayStation Store will also no longer be available in the country.

Earlier it was reported that games from the studio GSC Game World were not available for purchase in Russia. As it became known, GSC Game World titles were no longer sold to Russian gamers. At the time of publication, the games of the Ukrainian studio were not available for purchase and download in the digital distribution service Steam.
In March, Take-Two announced the suspension of sales and support for its products in Russia and Belarus. The firm owns popular game series, including GTA, Red Dead, Max Payne, Civilization, Mafia and other game lines.
