Apple introduced a new budget smartphone iPhone SE
Apple introduced an updated version of the iPhone SE. The presentation is being broadcast on the company’s website, but it is not available in Russia.
The third generation iPhone SE remained in the design of the iPhone 8 era, but received the A15 processor installed in the iPhone 13, as well as support for 5G networks. The cost of the smartphone is 429 dollars, sales will begin on March 18.
Whether the smartphone will be sold in Russia is officially unknown. In early March, Apple announced the suspension of deliveries of its devices to the country and closed its own online store. This is due to the situation in Ukraine, the company stressed.
The first generation of iPhone SE came out in 2016. These are the most affordable Apple smartphones, produced in the “old” design, but with a modern processor. The second generation came out in 2020.
