iPhone will introduce manual shooting mode

Apple smartphones may add a manual shooting mode for advanced users. This is reported by Appleinsider.

A document describing Apple’s invention has appeared in the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) database. The company’s engineers have proposed introducing a special mode into the brand’s future smartphones, which will allow users to manually control the iPhone’s camera settings. Photographers will be able to choose which particular lens to shoot with, as well as adjust the exact settings.

A patent published titled “Digital Viewfinder User Interface for Multiple Cameras” proposes displaying settings on the phone’s screen when taking a photo or video. Not only does this option give you better control over framing, it will also affect the quality of your images and videos.

“There are always users who care about the particular lens they use and want to be in control of their choice,” the journalists noted. At the moment, only a small part of the device’s camera settings is available to iPhone owners, most of the parameters are automatically selected by the smartphone. At the same time, tools similar to those described in the patent are found on Android devices.

At the end of January, Apple patented the AirPods, which will allow you to unlock your smartphone. The document says that the headset can remember the features of the user’s ear and rely on this data to identify the owner of the device.
