On Tuesday, a conference was held during which the game developers presented fragments of gameplay from the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S versions. During the event, we also had to know the release date of the long-awaited update known as Patch 1.5. However, instead of the date, we got … the update itself. Patch 1.5 is now available, and Cyberpunk 2077 owners (regardless of the selected platform) can download it for free. What changes does it introduce?
As the developers explain, thanks to the Cyberpunk 2077 update is able to use the additional computing power of consoles, offering improvements visual and technical, including: ray tracing and resolution 4K with dynamic scaling on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, and faster load times.
In addition to the improvements made for the PS5 and XSX, the update also introduces improvements dedicated to all versions of the game. Among them are, among others stability and performance fixes, changes to gameplay, economy, locations, as well as map operation and functionality.
The romance interactions and the system of orders that players receive from fixers have been modified in a number of ways. As part of the update, the game also received free bonus content: new weapons, character customization items, apartments that V can rent, and more.

CD Projekt also intends to fight for players who have not had contact with the title so far or have become discouraged from the game after its poor beginnings. People who want to check the game on next-generation consoles can do it until March 15, 17:00, by downloading the free trial version.
As part of it, players can start their adventure in Night City, and then, after the 5-hour period provided for in the trial version, continue it in the full version of the game. Owners of the game for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles will also be able to transfer their saves to the version on the Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5 respectively.
