Apple will hold an event with the announcement of the iPhone SE and other gadgets on March 8. It is reported by MacRumors.
According to Bloomberg contributor Mark Gurman, Apple’s spring presentation will take place on March 8. The announcement will take place in an online format – like previous demonstrations of the device of the American IT giant. The specialist believes that the main product of the event will be the third-generation budget smartphone iPhone SE. In addition, an updated iPad Air tablet will be presented.
From the data disclosed by Gurman, it also follows that Apple may present at least one computer on this date. It will be a Mac mini desktop device with an updated M1 Pro or M1 Max processor. A 27-inch iMac is still in development, but the chip for the all-in-one will not appear until September.
In total, Apple is going to introduce at least four new computers in 2022 – the MacBook Air ultrabook, the inexpensive 13-inch MacBook Pro, the 24-inch iMac and the entry-level Mac mini. The affordable MacBook Pro won’t have the Touch Bar or advanced ProMotion display.
The new iPhone SE should get a 4.7-inch IPS screen, an Apple A15 Bionic chip, support for fifth-generation networks, and a single camera.
Earlier, 91mobiles sources reported that the third-generation iPhone SE received certification for sale in India. On the local market, the device will be priced at $300, or about 23,000 rubles.
