According to the .pl portal, only five consultants from the Ministry of Development and Technology and a dozen or so people employed by the Ministry of Finance answer the questions of the callers. Journalists also show that the hotline is blocked with slightly more than 100 incoming calls.
In the morning, Deputy Minister of Development, Olga Semeniuk, who is co-responsible for the operation of the helpline, said in an interview with WP.pl that “it is not that the helpline does not work”. The politician assured that Tuesday’s report showed that the waiting time for a connection was about 10 minutes and added that after “a moment of patience”, it would be possible to establish a connection with the hotline.
