“Mac Studio is a powerful tool for artificial intelligence (AI) that can launch large language models (LLM) with more than 600 billion parameters,” the press release says. In the maximum version, the announced device has 512 gigabytes of RAM and a 16 terabyte drive.
Apple also updated the MacBook Air ultrabook. The portable computer received the M4 processor, it is available with screens of 13 and 15 inches. The company said that the new MacBook Air is twice as fast as the M1, which was released in 2020. The starting version of the device has 16 gigabytes of RAM, the maximum computer supports 32 gigabytes of memory.
