Realme to Unveil 320W Charger That Charges Smartphone in Seconds
Chinese company Realme has invented a technology that will provide record-breaking charging speeds for smartphones. This was noted by the publication FoneArena.
The company’s representatives said that the technology will be launched under the SuperSonic Charge brand. It allows charging smartphones with a power of 320 watts.
The company also said that devices that support the new standard will be able to charge from 0 to 17 percent in 35 seconds. The battery capacity of future smartphones is not disclosed. However, Realme noted that SuperSonic Charge “along with four other innovations” will be presented at the event on August 14.
According to journalists, the previous record fast charging standard was presented by Xiaomi. The company said that its phones with support for 300-watt fast charging will be able to charge 100 percent in 5 minutes.
Earlier, insiders said that the Chinese corporation Xiaomi planned to create smartphones with a record-breaking battery capacity. Thus, Xiaomi should release phones with a 7,000 milliampere-hour battery with 120-watt fast charging.
