The spokesman for the Institute of Motor Transport, Mikołaj Krupiński, said that the recorders will record a lot of necessary data.
These will include: longitudinal and lateral acceleration, vehicle rotation, brake pressure, steering angle, engine speed, gearbox mode, throttle opening or closing, road speed, and torque. The operation of safety systems such as airbags, seat belts, and their pretensioners will also be recorded by the devices.
