The mObywatel 2.0 application has a new service – Company. It is being implemented gradually. The first users received access to it on May 22. The rest will be able to use it from Monday, May 27.
mObywatel with a new function. The service for companies will make running your business easier
The application will display company data such as NIP or REGON. The Ministry of Digitization boasts that thanks to this, this data can be easily copied and shared. This function, although useful, does not seem to be a big convenience, so it may be surprising that the ministry decided to start by boasting about this functionality.
Especially since the application will provide several other options that seem to be more useful. The Company in mObywatel 2.0 service will allow you to download the certificate for the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) to your phone. In addition, it will be possible to check the status of your business activity, and because it connects to the CEIDG database each time you launch the application, you will see exactly the data entered in the register – boasts the Ministry of Digitization.
The Ministry notes that the last function is particularly necessary when you register a company, suspend it or resume operations after a break. In the service you will see one of three business statuses:
- Waiting to start – when you are in the process of starting a business, you will see this status along with the date you reported starting your business.
- Active – you see it when you run your business.
- Suspended – next to this status you can see the date of the company’s last suspension. If you are in the process of resuming your business, there will be a separate notification showing your reported resumption date.
mObywatel is developing. The application gets new functions all the time
so that mObywatel allows you to handle as many matters as possible via your smartphone. – I want mObywatel to be interoperable, i.e. connected and able to use other services that are available on the market – said Gawkowski. He then announced that in the future it will be possible to register a car or report an accident via the application.
For now, however, in March, the ministry announced that nurses in mObywatel can confirm their right to practice the profession. For some time now, digital ID cards can be used in the application by, among others, students, male and female students, as well as pensioners and holders of the Large Family Card. The Ministry adds that in the future, ID cards for people with disabilities and honorary blood donors will also be added. MPs and lawyers, among others, can confirm their professional qualifications by phone.
