According to media experts, the problem may be widespread. They noted that owners of Galaxy S21 series smartphones, which were released at the beginning of 2021, most often complained about problems.

Journalists said that the reason for the appearance of the green line could be either hardware, that is, related to the breakdown of certain components of the gadget, or software. Experts suggested that the green line appeared due to the softening of the glue due to heat, which holds the display cable. According to them, phones often get warm when an update or security patch is installed on them. Samsung has not yet responded to the problem.

In early April, insiders said that the South Korean corporation Samsung had prepared to release two inexpensive smartphones with a flexible display. They will be the Galaxy Z Fold FE and Galaxy Z Flip FE.
