iPhone with a large screen has fallen in price in Russia

The iPhone, introduced in the fall of 2022, has fallen in price on the Russian market. This was reported by Hi-Tech Mail.ru.

Media journalists noticed that the cost of the iPhone 14 Plus decreased by 15 percent. If at the start of sales the device was valued at 95 thousand rubles, then at the end of March 2024 the device became available for 80 thousand rubles. “It cannot be called the brand’s most modern gadget, but it still remains a relevant option for those looking for a powerful iPhone with a large screen,” the publication’s authors described the device.

The 14 Plus received a 6.7-inch OLED display, an A15 Bionic processor, 6 gigabytes of RAM, a dual camera with 12 megapixel lenses each. The smartphone also received a battery with a capacity of 4323 milliamp-hours.

In the fall of 2023, Apple released the successor to the iPhone 14 Plus. The 15 Plus differs from the 2023 model in the presence of an A16 Bionic processor, a camera with 48 and 12 megapixel lenses, and a battery with a capacity of 4383 milliamp-hours.

Earlier, journalists from the publication Hi-Tech Mail.ru reported that from April 1, equipment in Russia will rise in price by 20 percent. This is due to the possible reduction of the threshold for duty-free online purchases from 1,000 to 200 euros.
