Hi-Tech Mail.ru: the cost of the iPhone 15 has decreased by a third on the Russian market
The iPhone 15, introduced in the fall of 2023, has dropped sharply in price. This was reported by Hi-Tech Mail.ru.
Media journalists noticed that the new device has fallen in price by about a third. If at the start of sales the gadget was valued at 125-170 thousand rubles, then in mid-March 2024 its cost was 80-90 thousand rubles.
“Recall that the iPhone 15 boasts an updated body and a fast chip, a Dynamic Island notch and a camera with increased resolution (no longer 12 megapixels, but all 48 megapixels),” the authors described the device.
Also, the starting smartphone of the current series received a 6.1-inch OLED screen, an A16 Bionic processor, and 6 gigabytes of RAM. The device is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 3349 milliamp-hours. The phone is waterproof, has a 12-megapixel front camera, a USB-C port, and a biometric Face ID sensor.
Earlier it became known that the iPhone 15 Pro, presented in the fall of 2023, fell in price at a record level. If at the start of sales the device was offered for 150-170 thousand rubles, then at the beginning of spring it was valued at 115 thousand rubles.
