“McDonald’s restaurants in Poland were temporarily closed due to a technological failure. Currently, all restaurants are operational. The incident is not related to cybersecurity. We apologize to our guests for the inconvenience caused by this situation and thank you for your patience,” Katarzyna JÄ™drek-Giza told Next.gazeta.pl from the McDonald’s press office.
Restaurant customers complained on social media about problems at the restaurant. One of them from Birmingham, UK writes on the X platform: “Hmmm McDonald’s is rejecting all my orders, saying there is a nationwide outage in the ordering system?”
