Revelations about the new device were shared by Ming-Chi Kuo, a well-known analyst specializing in Apple-related topics and one of the best-informed sources in the new technologies industry.

As you can see, the MiniLED matrix and variable refresh rate (ProMotion) are still reserved exclusively for the MacBook Pro.
