GizmoChina: the new foldable smartphone Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 will be thin and light
The Chinese corporation Xiaomi is developing two new foldable smartphones for the domestic market. GizmoChina reports this with reference to Digital Chat Station insiders.
The first model, Mix Flip, could be presented as early as the end of February. Its internal screen will not have folds, the new product will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and will have support for satellite communications, the insider revealed the details. The smartphone will receive a dual camera consisting of a 50-megapixel main module and a telephoto lens.

The announcement of Mix Fold 4 is predicted for the second quarter of 2024. Digital Chat Station reported that this model will be very thin and light – only 255 grams (4 grams less than the Mix Fold 3). The smartphone will also be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
In January, Xiaomi released the Redmi Note 13 line of smartphones on the global market. The flagship of the series, Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G, received a 6.67-inch OLED display with a frequency of 120 Hz, a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra processor, up to 12 gigabytes of internal memory and triple camera with 200, 8 and 2 megapixel lenses.
