TechSpot: IT journalists published reviews of Apple Vision Pro
Foreign bloggers and media published the first reviews of the Apple Vision Pro headset. The authors of TechSpot drew attention to this.
Publications on the topic of the device appeared in agreement with Apple on the evening of January 30. The TechSpot authors noted that journalists and blog authors generally praised the augmented reality glasses, praising the gadget for its high-quality display, decent integration with AR applications, a well-functioning hand and eye tracking function, and stable connection with the MacBook.
“Vision Pro is an amazing product. This is a first-generation device that only Apple can truly create,” noted the authors of The Verge. “The device offers a futuristic interface for eye and hand tracking, as well as breathtaking 3D video and truly impressive AR applications,” Tom’s Guide journalists praised the gadget.
ZDNet authors called the launch of Vision Pro an important milestone in the development of virtual reality. CNBC experts described the headset as the most interesting Apple product in recent years.

Reviewers also pointed out the shortcomings of augmented reality glasses. They noted that the device is very expensive – at least $3,500, or about 313 thousand rubles. They were also disappointed that the device required a cable and a bulky battery to operate, and was missing many popular apps, such as Netflix and YouTube.
At the end of January, it became known that Apple’s augmented reality headset could not be fully used in Russia. Many functions of the device are intended for use only in the USA.
