Within the next few weeks, Poles may receive a mysterious-sounding telephone call regarding the Social Insurance Institution. Fortunately, this is not another attempt at fraud, but a study that will allow us to find out our opinions about ZUS.

There are so many subsequent fraud attempts in which cybercriminals impersonate well-known institutions, offices and banks that today we should approach each contact attempt with great caution. This time, it will not be fraudsters who will ask us about ZUS, but pollsters.

The Polish market research company PBS conducts a survey commissioned by the Social Insurance Institution. recently ZUS, the survey started on January 15 will last until March 14, and its aim is to collect Poles’ opinions about the plant. ZUS wants to know whether we are satisfied with the services it provides.

ZUS must take this situation into account,” the newspaper noted. .

The Social Insurance Institution wants to use the survey results to improve the quality of customer service and the services provided. Unfortunately, ZUS did not reveal whether the results of the telephone survey would be made public.
