Elon Musk is to visit Poland. The Ministry of Digitization responded to questions about the meeting with the billionaire

Unofficial information shows that Elon Musk is to visit Poland. At the same time, he would also meet with the management of the Ministry of Digitization, media reports. We have received the ministry’s position on this matter.

“We would like to kindly inform you that there are no ongoing talks regarding a meeting between Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski and Elon Musk,” the ministry told Daniel Maikowski, head of the technology department at Next Gazeta.pl.

However, Elon Musk will not meet with the Polish government. The resort denies this

unofficially reported by the website mycompanypolska.pl. The ministry led by Gawkowski was to hold talks in connection with a possible meeting between the billionaire and the minister. However, the ministry maintains that it had no such plans at all.

According to the portal, the talks would take place during a visit to Poland. Mycompanypolska.pl reports that the billionaire will land at the airport in Krakow on January 22, and a day later he will visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. The organizer of the visit to Poland is the European Jewish Association (EJA), an institution representing Jewish communities in Europe.

As mycompanypolska.pl reminds, a few months ago, Menachem Margolin, head of the European Jewish Association (EJA), invited Elon Musk to visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum during an online discussion on the X platform, and he allegedly agreed to the proposal.

The world is to be informed that Elon Musk and X distance themselves from and condemn anti-Semitic content

– says the website’s informant.

Elon Musk’s visit to Poland will coincide with a conference on anti-Semitism organized by EJA on January 22-23. It is possible that the founder and SpaceX will also take part in this event.

Elon Musk accused of anti-Semitism

Both Elon Musk himself and the X platform he manages (formerly Twitter) have been facing accusations of anti-Semitism for many months. Last year, the Jerusalem Post published a study which showed that after its acquisition by Elon Musk, there was a significant increase in anti-Semitic content on the website.

promoting an absurd conspiracy theory that Jews would promote hatred against whites. He suggested, among other things, that they are responsible for bringing to the United States large numbers of immigrants who are “flooding the country.” Elon Musk commented on the post referring to this theory with the words: “you told the real truth.” He also added that “not all Jewish communities” promote “racism against whites and Asians.”

Musk’s comment caused a wave of outrage. On behalf of the White House, spokesman Andrew Bates published a statement in which he called the billionaire’s entry “unacceptable.”

We condemn in the strongest possible terms this abhorrent promotion of anti-Semitic and racist hatred that is contrary to our core values as Americans

– we read. Andrew Bates stressed that repeating such terrible lies is always unacceptable, especially a month after the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust. He was referring to the October 7 attack by the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas.

However, the consequences of Musk’s behavior were broader. Reuters describes that Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery and Comcast, Lions Gate Entertainment (LGFa.N), Paramount Global (PARA.O), Sony Pictures and Apple have suspended advertising on the website under the influence of Elon Musk’s anti-Semitic post. The billionaire, in turn, announced that he would file a lawsuit against “all people who participated in this fraudulent attack on the company.” He also very strongly denied that his post was anti-Semitic.
