Orange customers from Warsaw complain about the lack of Internet. “We have a failure of one of the network devices in the capital,” the company’s spokesman told us.

Data presented by the downdetector.pl website, where Internet users can report various types of failures, shows that many of them in the last few hours concern the Orange network in Warsaw. One of the clients using the Internet of this operator in the capital told us that she heard from the customer service office that the failure was massive and would be repaired within the next 24 hours.

There were also inquiries about the failure on the X platform. “We are replacing the antennas on one of the transmitters, which may cause temporary difficulties. They will be completed soon. We are sorry. Regarding the fixed-line service, please contact our customer service center,” we read on Orange’s profile.

Possible problems with Internet access affect several hundred customers living in Warsaw’s Wola district and using the Neostrada service. Our technical services are working to restore the correct operation of the service as soon as possible.
