“WSJ” – as it claims – bases its report on anonymous information, but from “well-informed” people close to Musk. According to the newspaper, the billionaire’s friends and colleagues are concerned not only about his health, but also about his influence on the companies he manages.
“WSJ” about the anxiety in the management boards of Tesla and SpaceX. It’s about Musk and drugs
that the directors and management boards of Tesla and SpaceX are concerned about the behavior of the eccentric billionaire, because in fact he runs both companies and – like it or not – is responsible for their image. The newspaper claims that Elon Musk has been taking LSD, cocaine, ecstasy, hallucinogenic mushrooms and ketamine, a psychoactive substance used to treat depression, for years. The daily’s anonymous informants claim that Musk used these measures, among others: at parties where people from the rich man’s entourage were supposed to enter after leaving their phones at the entrance. Worse yet, Elon Musk is alleged to have used drugs with some executives at the companies he runs and recreationally used ketamine with his brother Kimbal, who also sits on the boards of Tesla and SpaceX. The newspaper adds that Linda Johnson Rice, a former Tesla executive, left the company due to Musk’s “drug use and unstable behavior.”
, when he smoked marijuana with the host during Joe Rogan’s show. The billionaire did not break the law, because the drug is fully legal in California, but his act was condemned by, among others, authorities of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), concerned about Musk’s behavior and the future of cooperation with SpaceX (the company led by Musk is responsible for transporting astronauts to orbit and is supposed to help NASA send people to the Moon).
Elon Musk strongly denies this. “I agreed to NASA’s request”
Elon Musk quickly responded to the WSJ reports. The billionaire wrote on the website The billionaire, as he claims, agreed to this proposal and since then, “not even trace amounts of drugs or alcohol have been detected in his body.”
After that one puff with Rogan, I agreed to NASA’s request for random drug testing for three years. Not even trace amounts of drugs or alcohol were found
– wrote the billionaire on the X platform. To put it mildly, he also made it clear that the New York daily was simply not true.
Musk’s lawyer Alex Spiro expressed a similar tone in a comment for “WSJ”. As he stated, his client is “regularly and unannounced tested for the presence of drugs at SpaceX” and no trace of them has ever been confirmed in his body.
