The bad hour came when a police squad was able to enter the house of Franyerlis and her husband.

“After obtaining a search warrant, police entered the home on Monday, January 1, 2024 and discovered his lifeless body in a room. The cause of death was a gunshot wound to a vital area,” local media WTAE reported.

Zambrano was found in a bedroom of the home she shared with Guty on New Year’s Day and police found a .357 Magnum revolver in a separate room.

According to investigators, reported on Utahzolanos’ Instagram account, Guty told each of them a different story about where his partner was.

In the New York Post they published that “Guty had left the Pennsylvania town days before his wife was reported missing and told neighbors he and Zambrano were on a road trip.”

-“I’m in Kansas and we’re going to the Grand Canyon. “We’re going to the Grand Canyon,” Guty told his neighbor Bob Luick, who told the media he called him before Christmas.

Fayette County District Attorney Mike Aubele said, “We believe he was on his way out of the country with a significant amount of cash and would evade or attempt to evade any responsibility for what happened here.”

In the midst of the investigation, police discovered that “his ex-wife, Roxanne Guty, planned to kill him in 2019.”

Roxanne Guty, New York media reported, citing WTAE, “was arrested in 2019 after offering the hitman a share of a $50,000 life insurance policy to kill her husband, with whom she co-owned a gas station .”
