Who is Dr. Anna Pruska?
Anna Pruska is educated. In 2003, she graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking, and in 2001-2003, she studied macroeconomics at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Germany, from where in 2003 she went to Geneva for postgraduate studies, where she obtained a certificate of completion of studies in Development Economics. In 2019, she defended her PhD in humanities in the field of International Relations at the Jagiellonian University.
She started working at Comarch in 2004. She was then employed as the president of Comarch Software. In the following years (2004-2008) she was responsible for business development and creating company structures from scratch in Western Europe (Germany, France and Belgium). Since 2013, he has been the president of the supervisory board of Comarch Swiss and a member of the supervisory board of Comarch.
Changes in the Comarch management board
In addition, Marcin Warwas and Marcin Kaleta were appointed vice-presidents of the management board. Warwas has been working for the company since 1996. In the years 2007 – 2023, he served as a member of the management board of Comarch and a member of the management boards and supervisory boards of companies from the Comarch Group. He is responsible in the company, among others, for the production and implementation of loyalty systems, document circulation systems and infrastructure services. Marcin Kaleta has been working for Comarch since 2010, when he joined the company as a programmer. Most recently, in the years 2018 – 2023, Marcin Kaleta was the director of innovation of the Comarch capital group and the director of Central Competence Teams.
