Continuous!

The Tiggo 8 Pro e+ came into the hands of MOTORS and we put it to the test. This family SUV is one of the pioneers in its segment, thanks to its plug-in hybrid technology you can enjoy the combustion engine and its electric power.

During the test drive we tested the power, We accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds. In addition, the vehicle showed stability when passing bumps and sharp turns. This model has a luxurious interior including an instrument panel, a Sony brand surround sound system and a large panoramic roof that covers both rows of seats.

We put it to the test in the city, on the highway and on gravel terrain; In all these cases he showed great solvency.

To test this SUV we started the journey within Guayaquil, ideal to activate the electric mode while driving and thus save fuel in busy city traffic.

We were able to make the most of its benefits along the way. This Tiggo 8 Pro e+ is not only powerful, it is also agile and responds quickly in any situation thanks to the coupling between transmission and engine, which also provides a powerful impulse when accelerating. We did not observe its presence during our trip to Yaguachi Canton turbo lag.

We must also emphasize the good work done with the suspension. In addition to the improvements in sound insulation and comfort in the cabin, a much smoother and more stable ride is observed on any terrain. The fit is not only ideal on terrain, but also on rough roads.

It has very smooth and precise steering. It can corner smoothly and there is no jerking at the rear of the vehicle despite being long.

As for fuel consumption, when combining city and highway driving and driving on rough terrain, we achieved an average of 46 km/gallon in the city and 72 km/gallon on the highway (with sport mode activated), for a mixed consumption in about 59 km/gallon, with eco-gasoline. (JO)
