Samsung’s flagship will receive a titanium case

Insiders have revealed the characteristics of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone. This was reported by Windows Report.

According to sources close to Samsung, the new flagship of the brand will differ from the previous model by the presence of a titanium case. The top-end smartphones from Apple presented in the fall – iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max – received approximately the same body.

The authors also said that the most expensive model in the series will have an updated telephoto lens with a resolution of 50 megapixels and a five-fold optical zoom, a new cooling system and support for the Wi-Fi 7 communication standard.

The material states that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will not differ significantly from the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Thus, the new flagship will still have a 6.8-inch display with Quad HD resolution and a frequency of 120 hertz, 12 gigabytes of RAM and a battery with a capacity of 5000 milliamp-hours.

Insiders also noticed that at least in the US, all models in the series – S24, S24 Plus and S24 Ultra – will receive a modem from Qualcomm with the Smart Transit function. The device will support work with artificial intelligence. The presentation of Samsung flagships will take place in January.

Earlier, an insider under the nickname Ice Universe said that the Samsung Galaxy S24 and S24+ will receive a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or Exynos 2400 processor, depending on the sales region. Only the top-end Galaxy S24 Ultra model will come exclusively with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.
