“The first step, which was to convince the Restructuring Court of the chosen restructuring vision, was successfully completed. This also means that the bankruptcy petition, which the Company filed only out of caution, will not be further processed. At the same time, the Court allowed the Company to retain its own management over the entire enterprise , which should additionally facilitate the course of the proceedings so that they are conducted in a way that is least noticeable to the Company’s contractors and clients,” the statement said.
The company assured that the restructuring proceedings are not bankruptcy proceedings. “The developed restructuring strategy is intended to improve the company’s situation, including repaying existing creditors and providing the Company with stability for the future,” we read in the statement.

As Neonet assured in a statement: “During the ongoing restructuring process, no Neonet customer will experience any difficulties or problems in purchasing or servicing current and future orders in stationary and online stores.” The company assured that the legal steps taken will not affect sales processes. “Customers will be able to freely exercise, among others, the right to complain or return purchased goods. We will provide sales and after-sales services under the existing principles,” it was announced.
