From 9 o’clock, the Ministry of Health sends out SMS messages to Poles in the case of As it says, these will be SMSs with a booster dose – depending on the type of previously administered vaccine, it will be the third or the second dose. It turns out that it will also send messages with a different content to Poles. “Thank you for being among the vaccinated! You can now sign up for a booster dose. It will extend your certificate by one year. Call the toll-free number 989” – reads another text message sent to fully vaccinated Poles.

Any adult may receive a booster dose six months after full immunization with either two doses or one dose of Johnson & Johnson. The Ministry of Health has issued 4.85 million e-referrals for a booster dose so far, and only 1.6 million people have benefited from it.
– We must remember that with the Delta variant, the third dose definitely increases the immunity of the vaccinated person – said Minister of Health Adam Niedzielski, quoted by gov.pl. – We want to promote the booster vaccination as widely as possible and thus build greater resilience of the Polish society.
