From 9 o’clock, the Ministry of Health sends out SMS messages to Poles in the case of As it says, these will be SMSs with a booster dose – depending on the type of previously administered vaccine, it will be the third or the second dose. In addition, the message sent will contain specific information from when the person can go for a booster vaccination.

“Thank you for being among the vaccinated! From (date) you can sign up for a booster dose and extend your certificate by one year. More on gov.pl/szczepimysie” – reads this SMS.

It turns out that it will also send messages with a different content to Poles. “Thank you for being among the vaccinated! You can now sign up for a booster dose. It will extend your certificate by one year. Call the toll-free number 989” – reads another text message sent to fully vaccinated Poles.

Any adult may receive a booster dose six months after full immunization with either two doses or one dose of Johnson & Johnson. The Ministry of Health has issued 4.85 million e-referrals for a booster dose so far, and only 1.6 million people have benefited from it.
