A German company with an offensive in Warsaw. It has just opened one factory in Bia³o³ka and is already planning a second one in Koby³ka (a town near Warsaw). During the year, it employed over 500 new employees from Poland.

TRUMPF Huettinger, a German concern dealing with, among others, production of power supplies for plasma coating, induction heating and laser excitation processes, will open another factory in Poland. focuses on development in the Warsaw district. This year, one plant was launched in Białołęka, and a second factory is soon to be built in Kobyłka near Warsaw. For now, the company does not provide details about the investment, but Paweł Ozimek, managing director of the company in Poland, assured that the second factory is to be operational next year. He also talked about a “modern production facility and offices with an area of ​​25,000 sq m.”

The first production hall in Białołęka runs, among others, assembly of electronic systems and other elements and components for the broadly understood industrial sector. However, work is still ongoing there. For now, three fully automated lines have been moved to the plant, where electronic systems are assembled on printed circuit boards. So far, they have produced over 70,000. such tiles per month. Now three more lines have been added, thanks to which “processing capacity has tripled”. Ultimately, there will be as many as 10 such lines.

A good year for the German company

The company has also had a very successful financial year (the period from July 2022 to June 2023). It achieved sales of EUR 315 million. This is an increase of as much as 77%. more compared to the previous year. It also increased significantly – by 62%, and the company assures that it continues recruitment. In Poland, the number of employees increased by over 500.

Rafał Bugyi, president of the electronics sector of the TRUMPF Group, said that “good investment conditions combined with excellent, qualified staff allow the company to realistically think about maintaining a fast growth rate in the future.” Globally, sales revenues increased by 27%. up to EUR 5.4 billion. Our country will also play an important role in the company’s development. – The Polish advanced technology sector is in a phase of intensive development. The scale is inferior to many Western markets, but the pace at which we are catching up with the leaders is impressive, said Bugyi.
