To celebrate his 59th birthday, adventurer Gregory Stewart Owens, originally from the United States, arrived in Cartagena, Colombia.

On social media, Gregory’s daughter, Takia Owens, mourned her father’s murder and wrote a painful message.

The tragic events took place in Cartagena on October 19, 2023. Caracol Radio reported that in early November, Owens’ remains were transferred to the city of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
